Become a Teacher

Teachers interested in teaching at Q2L must have a passion for teaching and learning, an eye for innovation, an ability to nurture and guide, depth of experience in core disciplines and with an interest in teaching beyond the more narrow confines of their subject areas, and a strong commitment to young people. Six founding teachers will be hired to help make this entirely forward-looking American public school project a reality. As the school expands by a grade level annually through 2015, additional faculty will be hired each year until the full teaching staff is assembled.
